Payment from UK customers: We will accept Paypal (http://www.paypal.com) the most convenient, safe and secure option or if you prefer a cheque made payable to: 'M. Windebank' will be absolutely fine but please bear in mind that orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until such time that the cheque has cleared.

UK customers will pay the stated postage costs. Item(s) for UK delivery will be dispatched via 1st class mail or standard parcel delivery (dependent on size & weight of order).

 

Payment from overseas customers: We will accept Paypal (http://www.paypal.com) the most convenient, safe and secure option or alternatively an International Money Order (made out in £Sterling and made payable to: 'M. Windebank') is also acceptable. Again, customer orders paid for via IMO will not be dispatched until such time that the Order has cleared at the bank.

Overseas customers will pay the stated UK postage rate PLUS an International Handling Charge (will vary slightly, dependent on the country of residence of the buyer & weight of item). These charges are shown in the table below and will be reflected at the Paypal checkout. Item(s) will be dispatched via Airmail delivery.

Alternatively the package can be posted via Airmail 'International Signed-for' where, on receiving the package, a signature will be required. All items are tracked until they leave the UK - and in some cases, on arrival in the destination country. The cost of this service is just £3.50, so please just let us know if you would like to add this to your order. This option IS NOT available to PO / Mailing Boxes.

Items sent oversea will have minimal insurance (£36 cover - 'International Signed-for' & standard Airmail) included. Additional insurance can be purchased - again, just let us know if you require this service.
